Topics getting duplicated

Hello,
I have encountered a strange bug that hasn’t happened to me before.
So, when I go ahead and create a new topic it create two topics instead of one with the exact same content.

Now, the issue is that I cannot seem to replicate the problems. It just happens occasionally and at random times. My forum is hosted on Vultr and is running version 2.6.0.beta3 on Ubuntu 18.04 x64

I’ll try capturing a gif. Any help is appreciated!

Are you using the official docker install?
