I need help it is not letting me upload im trust level 1 and it’s saying my account is to new how long do I have to wait before I can upload

Do you have this problem on this forum? If not, you should ask the admin of the forum where you cannot upload. There are many settings that admins can adjust to permit or prevent users from uploading, and only the admins can check, explain, and change their configuration.
