Unable to restore from backup file due to S3 migration

Error is:

EXCEPTION: 897 of 17861 uploads are not migrated to S3. S3 migration failed for db ‘default’.

Is there any way to bypass this step?

Now I am trying to restore from backup but still having issue

I end up using Ctrl + C to kill it in the middle :sweat_smile:
So that it does not roll back the db changes.
