Open to adding that as an option for “auto unassign on solved” however “auto close on solved” sort of solves this anyway.
I wonder, why do you not split these kind of topics that need multi-assign?

Ce n’est que partiellement vrai. Le statut de résolu est une manière moins stricte de conclure que de fermer le sujet. Par exemple, si un membre du personnel considère le sujet comme résolu, mais que l’utilisateur ne le considère pas ainsi, il peut poursuivre la discussion ou décocher la case « résolu ». Fermer un sujet ne permet pas une telle flexibilité.
