Would it be possible to add js and css extensions to the theme authorized extensions setting?

I’m trying to install my Notification Banners theme-component to create an online demo, and that is unfortunately a requirement:

2. Change theme authorized extensions setting to include css and js file extensions.

Hi Osman, I had a look and js is already allowed and i just added css.
