When navigating to https://meta.discourse.org/new the upper “Dismiss New” button is currently not clickable (and has no hover effect), the one at the bottom of the new topics list however is.
Checked with Firefox 102, Safari 15.5, Chrome 103 on macOS 12.4.
This PR should fix the issue.
