In a category’s settings I can set subcategories to show as boxes at the top.
What I want to do instead is not use subcategories, but tags. (I would limit tag creation so avoid chaos.)
So, at the top of a category I want to show boxes based on its tags. Click a box/tag and show all topics in the category with that tag.
Is this possible?

The setting you want will be “boxes” or “boxes with featured topics” in the third screenshot
