Suggestion
Use the AI to warn the users when the moderators are having a busy day and that the system will be taking over which may result in actions harsher than what a moderator may decide.
Today ChatGPT was offline for awhile and several new topics appeared all for the same reason. It was quite busy addressing the questions, getting many users to understand how to report the problem, diagnose the problem, check the status page, etc.
As such it would have been nicer to be asked by the AI if it should take over so that the moderators can take a break.
