I noticed a user was able to edit the title of a post that was locked by an admin. Feels to me that locking should lock all aspects of a post.
Oh, I forgot about this lock function. My bad.
There is another setting that prevents editing, as I recall? Or are you referring to the title of a topic, when the first post is locked?

Maybe @eviltrout can comment as he built this feature, as I recall.
This does seem like a bug to me. It comes from the fact that the logic applies to editing the post, not the topic. Will add to my list.
