Restyles custom usercard fields to look like the core ones on the redesign experiment.
After the redesign experiment is done, I don’t see this component continuing to be useful, however in the meantime it provides a nice visual parity between the fields from core and those added by plugins/theme components on the redesign experiment user cards.
