One of our user tried logging into the platform but the following error showed up, this is the first time he has logged into the platform.
It says, “Maximum Limit Reached” where can I see this setting.

You can find the setting under Settings/Spam

This most often happens is all of your users share an ip address because they are at the same university or hotel.

or same office building, using the office internet.

Or using same internet provider.

No, if you’re using the same internet provider then you’re not sharing an IP address.

You could be sharing the IP if you’re on a cellular carrier in India using CGNAT.
