Using ActivityPub - Valid Domain?

Trying to get started using ActivityPub here on Meta, So I clicked the button…

… then this popped up …

… so I went and signed up at mastodon.social, where I created an account (something like) xxxxxxx@mastodon.social …

… then I returned to the above form and typed into that form field my new xxxxxxx@mastodon.social …

I receive the error “not a valid Mastodon domain”.

I would like to see (please), under that form field, an example of a valid Mastodon domain.

This should work. mastodon.social is a valid mastodon domain. Once submitted, it should ask you to link with your account on that site

Ps: it shows a valid example (at least on mobile)
