Using discourse as a community ticket system

yeah i was using nodebb for this, a catagory only admins could see the topics and the user who created it, im looking for this in discourse lollll , i know like 11 years later i reply to this lollll

Sadly not really what I was looking for, just wanted a catagory where only admins can see all topics and all end users can only see their own.il keep digging, nodebb can do this. So maybe can’t use discourse
