I need information about when we create category and upload category logo,
so at that time(Uploading category logo) does discourse doing Virus Scanning (malware scanner) of uploaded files or logo ?

Okay , So by default there is no antivirus scanning happen we have to add plugin right ?

That’s correct.
That said, the amount of image-based viruses is pretty small and you would be better off running an anti-virus solution locally so you would catch stuff before you upload it.
