Is there a way to add language to the login/ create new account page? I want to highlight that users need to be 13 years old or older when they’re creating their account. I recognize that it’s in the ToS, but would like to make that even easier to see.

You can customize the text from/admin/customize/site_texts and add it to the disclaimer , for example
and/or you can create a required custom user field from /admin/customize/user_fields, for example

Follow up question – is there instead a way to create an “age gate”, where we would ask for the user’s birthdate and not allow the creation of an account if younger than 13?
