Möglichkeiten, Discourse zur Verfolgung der Kundenzufriedenheit zu nutzen

Perhaps this question sounds vague. Maybe I still don’t know how to use Discourse yet, or maybe Discourse isn’t the right tool for this. I do want to know if there’s ways to track customer satisfaction at least on Discourse. Are surveys the main way to find out? Love to hear suggestions of best practices here.
