Webp image as avatar support missing

when use webp image as avatar just shows empty image.

Short answer - don’t use WebP images, they aren’t ready for prime time yet.

Two years later… still not supported in iOS or Safari, interestingly.

We’ve supported webp uploads for a while now (since 2020), and Safari has been supporting them as long as you’re on macOS 11 or later.
