i uploaded some emojis yet some didn’t show up, are webp and gif not supported?

Did th webp / gif upload show a picture in the emoji add manager?
You may need to authorize Webp uploads. Not sure though.
I have some animated gifs uploaded that are working and I am pretty sure didn’t need to add gifs to authorized.
