Welcome image is on the top of the drop down box.
I was using Google Chrome when I found this.

I just tried now Jeff, however there is no dropdown box on the signup forum. I believe that it is only the dropdown that is hidden by the welcome image.

What is your theme? With Light theme i have no problem. I have 3 dropdowns.
I can repro the problem and will see if there’s a way to fix it… it’s most obvious on a very short screen when there are a lot of options in the dropdown.
