Si la double authentification est activée, que se passe-t-il si vous perdez votre appareil ou si le téléphone est réinitialisé ? Un administrateur peut-il outrepasser cela pour la désactiver ou la réinitialiser ?

Je pose la question car récemment, j’ai apporté mon téléphone pour une maintenance et ils l’ont réinitialisé sans me demander ni me prévenir, ce qui m’a fait perdre l’accès à deux comptes de site web que j’avais sur celui-ci.

Until the version 2 of 2FA is implemented, you will have to ask a site administrator to disable 2FA
Version 2 provides the security codes that you can use to access the site when you do not have the phone available

ok thanks. so another person with admin rights can disable for me if I needed?
