What’s the cool down for password resets?

Hi there,

Recently we had issues with mail and passwords and admin account passwords were forgotten - what is the cool down for password resets as I reset up mail and when I try and reset the password it states You’ve performed this action too many times, please try again later.

I think you’re hitting the email-login-hour (a max of 6 requests per hour) and email-login-min (a max of 3 requests per minute) rate limits.
