When a topic is pinned and closed it should look like this
However, since (2.6 beta 1 I believe) this has not been the case as the pin icon has been misplaced in the header and title and instead looks like this
I have been able to reproduce this issue on other forums.

I can repro it here on meta from an iPhone when I scroll down and the title moves into the top bar.
