Who are checklists interactive for?

Who are checklists interactive for? The author only, a specified group(s), all logged-in members, or anyone visiting the community?

And at what state can the above interact with the checklist? Only from edit mode, or at any point pre- or post-publishing?

The OP and staff (admins & moderators) can interact with the checklist.

Once the checklist has been posted in either a topic or a post all one must do is press the checklist icon and it will automatically change the state of the checkbox.

I believe a TL4 can as well. I think it’s tied to editing permissions.

So, in that case, once an item is checked, all who can view the topic would see it as checked. Correct?
