Just did a new fresh discourse installation, quite new to all the settings.
Can Anyone help me out with it?
I can’t see the admin tag beside my username
Am I missing some setting?
And one more thing can I highlight the admin and staff names?

Are you referring to the shield icon? That does not appear for admins, only for moderators. Grant moderator rights to that account to see the shield.
As for highlighting the name, yes, that can be done with CSS.
Can you tell the css classes?
