I need help. Currently, in my Discourse, users aren’t receiving any notifications when someone replies to them or @mentions them. However, they can still receive notifications for likes and accepted solutions.
Which settings could be causing users to not receive reply notifications? Please help me, thank you very much!
Were you able to get to the bottom of this? It’s hard to help you without more details, ideally with steps to replicate the problem.
Have them go to
https://site_name/u/<username>/preferences/notifications
and
https://site_name/u/<username>/preferences/tracking
and send you the settings configs. May help, may not.
