My discource is set to use SSO provider is that reason why there is not Invite Button at end of topic?
Or I need to enable invite somewhere else ?

Here’s what the “enable_sso” site setting’s description says
Enable single sign on via an external site (WARNING: can prevent anyone from logging in, INCLUDING YOU, if not properly configured when enabled! Also disables invites)
