How to embed links such as: tik tok, reels, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter ?
Paste the url on a line by itself. You can test on try.discourse.org. If it works there and not your server then something is wrong with your installation.
Is it a standard install? Does it have access to the internet?

Note that some services require extra work to be done on their side to allow embedding.
