I love “Discourse”! It’s perfect software.
I need editor like it in the discourse for my local mediawiki.
How-to do it?

Just copy over the relevant pieces you need from GitHub - discourse/discourse: A platform for community discussion. Free, open, simple..
Which pieces to copy is left as an exercise to the reader. 
My guess is that it would take me 3 to 12 months if I quit my job.
