can you sum up the things to do / check when a user is “will be promoted soon” status for more than a month ? Is it a normal status ?

Where are you seeing “will be promoted soon”? Which trust level are you referring to?

It appears at the end of a table that discribes the elements for promotion to next trust level of a user. (number of :heart: he gave and the amount you need to have … for example)
He is trust level 2 ans will “soon be promoted” to level 3.
