Itâs due to spam deletions. If you press âdelete and blockâ or âdelete spamâ this happens automatically.
I was experimenting with my system: Iâm admin. I invited myself with another mail and I responded. Now, my admin account is blocked from this IP. So I cannot just unblock it as I only have one admin account in this forum.
The /users/admin-login page will work, it will email you a one-use token.
Thatâs neat. Is this documented somewhere? Itâs the first I see of it existing.
I am having a similar problem logging in using the app on my phone. Logging in using my phone or laptop browser works just fine,
Your phone does not have a stable IP, so you will need to disable admin login IP filtering (this is what I would do) or use a VPN on your phone to access the forum.

Fine. Iâve done that. I donât really know but I got on directly by url:8888 and changed the admin>>logs>> spam ips and changed the restriction.

I got this error today trying to log in to an admin account with âuse admin ip whitelistâ disabled, Iâve had this issue before but couldnât figure out what was wrong. My IP was not on the logs -> screened IPs block list (or in an ip range, which Iâm not using).
On v2.2.5 I had a list of blocked IPs from spammers, after looking up more info on these IP addresses (https://whatismyipaddress.com/). It showed that a lot of them are owned by Cloudflare. So it must be due to Cloudflare proxying.
Just a heads up for people using Cloudflare (exluding DNS only mode), this might be causing your issue.

Grazie, era proprio il mio problema. Per chiarezza, ho dovuto modificare la regola sotto Admin:Logs:Screened IPs.
Sembra che sia stato modificato in /u/admin-login e il token monouso non sta aggirando il controllo dellâindirizzo IP. Câè un altro modo per risolvere questo problema? Al momento sono bloccato fuori dal mio forum e sono lâunico amministratore.
OK, ce lâho fatta usando una VPN: qualcuno può dirmi come mai il mio indirizzo IP è stato bloccato, cosĂŹ posso evitare che accada di nuovo?
Se viene aggiunto un indirizzo IP filtrato di tipo âConsenti accesso amministratoreâ, gli amministratori possono accedere solo dagli indirizzi IP elencati come autorizzati per lâaccesso amministratore.

Ho inviato gli indirizzi IP al team di supporto di Sharetribe; mi hanno risposto che non sono bloccati e non conoscono la causa del problema.
