Just wanted to make sure you saw above that there was already a significant amount of code in an implementation above? It seemed like it just needed to be 1) updated for modern discourse version, 2) add docs, 3) the outstanding items listed in that post (media uploads/typing notifs), 4) matrix stickers/reactions if those have changed since 2023. I have not done a code review or tried it, but was just wondering if that could be a good jumping off point to start your project
