There is a report that it is broken: Error loading the individual group when using allow pm to staff plugin . I poked at it a bit more 2023-04-07 and it’s still broken. If anyone has a budget to support this, I’ll spend more time on it sooner.

If I just need to allow PM from all users to the staff then the above issue wouldn’t affect me right?
