This PR fixes the issues here: https://meta.discourse.org/t/customize-new-topic-…button-text/269086/28?u=lilly Since the recent core changes to the new topic button, the existing button wasn't being hidden in this component, and the new formatting was not being applied to the rendered custom topic button.
