Remote animated PNG lose their animation

I worked on initial support for FastImage in my PR:

lib/fastimage.rb

2201122ce

          def parse_animated_for_png
            actl = nil
            idat = nil
            data = +""
            while data << @stream.read(128)
              actl = data.index('acTL') if actl.nil?
              idat = data.index('IDAT') if idat.nil?

              break unless idat.nil?
            end

            return false if actl.nil? || idat.nil?
            return actl < idat
          end

When/If this gets merged Discourse will automatically support animated PNGs.
