I looked at almost 100 Customization > Plugin for something that is non-moderated and is for text, like footnotes but I couldn’t find anything!

Could you please elaborate on the effect you are trying to achieve and where?

On a forum, I want to have special effects in text, like footnotes.

I don’t want additional software. I already know footnotes. I want something similar to footnotes. Like commands you can do like < big > < small > < ins > < del > similar commands like those.
