No I don’t think it’s that. Why do you say that @pinder99 ? It’s DiscourseVideoUpload, remove that plugin. You can see from the log it has issues. I don’t see any issues in the log related to events.

I have disabled the DiscourseVideoUpload plugin as suggested and the upgrade did complete successfully. My site is back thank you.
