Without asking you to be more specific about this, I assume you mean the “out of love” badge and the max likes per day setting? nothing breaks. the badge is hardcoded to the setting. if you change setting (default is 50), the badge criteria changes.
the best way to change likes limits is via trust level like multipliers.
