How to properly debug AI Personas?

The issue is that they sometimes react when tagged, and sometimes they don’t.

I assume you are using the mentions via the following options on the Personas (you must have a user created)?

Allow topic mentions

Allow chat channel mentions

What would be some examples? Im thinking this might be prompt related
