Maybe because of the leap year? 2024 had 366 days, and you joined that site on the 20th May. So hopefully the anniversary badge will pop later on today/tomorrow. 
Actually, that might not add up for this particular date range. 
It could just be a case of the Anniversary badge being granted a little out of sync with the Devotee one. Let’s see if it appears tomorrow.
