When creating a topic using a form template, e.g. in the Site feedback > Theme feedback category, smart lists are not enabled.
When making a bullet point, either using a dash (-) or a number (1.), upon pressing the return/enter/newline button, the next bullet does not appear, unlike it usually doing so in post composers.
This feels a bit like a Feature to me vs bug.
I am not sure how easy porting the code would be, thoughts @renato I recall you worked on templates a fair bit.
Does not feel urgent, but is probably a nice touch.
I drafted a “composer” field type for form templates not so long ago, but it wasn’t finished and got stale:
I think this path with an explicit “composer” type and working for both editors by reusing DEditor makes sense.
