사용자 알림 변경을 위한 일괄 작업

We have a user who changed in one of the categories from Tracking to Normal for all topics.

But, now they would like to know how to change all previously read topics to Normal.

At this point, I believe this can only be done manually?

Is there a way, however, for a moderator or admin to change the settings for each topic in the category for this specific user?

Would it make sense to introduce a feature allowing regular users to bulk change their own notifications for topics?

TL4 have access to the Bulk Actions to update notifications, but unfortunately TL3 and below currently do not. :cry:

There is the Bulk Action button on the unread and new views for everyone, where you can select specific new/unread topics and use the Dismiss button to mark them as read. That also has an optional ‘stop tracking’ checkbox to reset them to Normal at the same time. Would that work in this case?

I will suggest it to the user.

Do you think this is a feature that should be requested? Does it have any value?

신규/간헐적 사용자를 위해 기능을 너무 복잡하게 만들지 말아야 한다는 반론이 있을 수 있지만, 일괄 선택은 이메일 앱에서 꽤 일반적인 기능이라 이전에 본 적 없는 기능일 가능성은 낮습니다 (이미 새 메시지/읽지 않은 메시지 뷰에 존재하지만, 용도가 약간 다릅니다).

만약 '모든 사용자’에게 너무 많은 기능으로 판단된다면, TL0/TL1에게는 샌드박스에 두지 않고 TL2/TL3에게는 공개하는 것도 가능합니다. :crossed_fingers:

다만, 현재 상황에 해당되는지 확인하기 위해 카테고리 수준 알림에 대해서도 언급해 두겠습니다.

2016년에 올라온 그 주제를 봤는데, 왜 별다른 진전이 없는 것 같았는지 궁금했어요.

UX 관련 주제에 대해 말씀드리자면, 일부 작업은 오류를 방지하고, 어떤 TL 레벨이든 일괄 작업을 더 쉽게 처리할 수 있도록 분리해야 한다고 생각합니다.

알림을 업데이트하는 일괄 작업과 같은 요청은 Contribute > Feature 에 게시해야 하는 것 맞나요?
