A bug was reported where the custom translation for the “My messages” sidebar label was not applied after updating to version 3.5.0.beta8-dev. xkhalid noted that although the Arabic translation (الرسائل الخاصة) was saved successfully in the admin panel, the sidebar continued to display the original English text. j.jaffeux confirmed the issue and provided a pull request (#33586) to fix the problem, anticipating a merge by Monday.

After updating my forum to the following version:
3.5.0.beta8-dev (5eca6d826e)
I encountered a bug related to the sidebar label “My messages”.
I attempted to translate js.sidebar.sections.community.links.my_messages.content to Arabic (الرسائل الخاصة) using the Customize Text section in the admin panel.
The translation was saved successfully, but the change is not reflected in the site’s sidebar. The original English text (“My messages”) continues to appear.
