New topic filtering UI

We just shipped a refresh to the topics filtering UI.

• The /filter link is now, by default, under the More… section in the sidebar.
• We added support for keyword based search, you can type anything into the box
• To improve discovery we added an autocomplete system to the box, it lets you easily navigate the filtering options

Note, I am not sure how to default YouTube to 1080p, but if you manually select video is way less fuzzy (but still a bit fuzzy)

Still learning how to video will do better next time.

Much cooler than before! One UX thing – the dropdown only shows a few items but I can never see the whole offering. I have to try entering random letters to see what are all the options (at least on Mac).
