If you open the browser console, do any errors show up? If you reload the page, do any requests fail?

Is it not connecting or just the dots? Try safe mode ?

No white screen not resolved I cannot try again until Saturday AM.

Happy to report that the update proceeded normally and all worked well post update, so I am thinking it was an issue with Maxmind blocking countries and perhaps also bunney.net . Once country blocking was disabled, the update proceeded without incident

I will use dev tools and check next time I try to do the update, which won’t be during the day and not today, and probably Saturday AM very early when I have the time to work on any issues.
