Could you try it in safe mode to see if it’s limited to the horizon theme?
And could you be more specific about which page this is on. I can’t quite work out what it is from the screenshot.

It works fine in safe mode. So the bug is: the dropdown options are covered by powered by discourse in /review/settings when Horizon theme is enabled

@jordan.vidrine The powered-by was given a z-index of 400, which is too high and interfering as you can see, but it was needed to be that high to top the experimental-screen styling, which had a z-index of 399…
Without it, you get this effect:
Can you take a look at possible solutions?
Is it an option to lower the experimental element to 1, and the powered-by to 2?
