大家好，我是discourse新手，我想请教一下，discourse部署成功后，查看管理有台有可更新的版本。我发现有两种升级方法： 1、通过ssh，进入discourse目录后，运行./launcher rebuild app 进行升级更新 2、通过discourse-管理员-更新discourse-更新请问这两种方法有什么区别？优先采取那种升级方法？谢谢

i only update via ssh but both should work for updating Discourse. you should update Docker from command line though (updates are less often).
