Hi - I deleted the component and reinstalled. Categories are still not showing up. I am not a developer and do not know how to check for errors in the browser console. I tired resolving this first with Firefox then with Chrome and get the same negative result in both browsers.

I learned how to check for errors in the console. Unless I am not doing it right, there seems to be no red messages in that view.
