List of categories not showing in "Display categories" control

Thanks for solving this for me. It seems to me this could be redesigned to still meet the goal but be more intuitive. The component guide could also specifically state that slugs must be manually entered. The drop-down arrow at the right of the control suggested to me that typing the name of a category would auto-complete to select it. Perhaps there could be a separate control to set it to all or top-level. If that control is not used then a drop down control could activate where you get auto-completes as you type category names.
