Hi Discourse team,
All of a sudden on my clients discourse - the admin can get the page to load and navigate whereas other users just get a loading sign. Is there something that admin can do to help? Has anyone encountered this before?

This is every page? only specific pages? does the site work in safe mode? if they right click and inspect the page, are there errors in the console tab?

This is the homepage. The site was updated last week but the problem only showed up today.
So as you navigate to the branded discourse and try to open any page or homepage, it just gives loading symbol and doesn’t load. Whereas if you go in as an admin, it works fine
For normal users, if they Inspect the page, are the errors in the console?

can’t share it atm given owner’s protocols.
I can say it had the air theme and after the update there was a notification about changing banner . Also when you go to admin and try to go to all site settings then you get an Oops this page doesn’t exist.
so does your forum load in safe mode?
also, regarding the advanced search banner component, it was deprecated
