Yes, Zoom meetings should work… I’ve tested this feature.
“Ready for local test” works, though it should probably be published eventually. It does not have to be published in the Zoom marketplace, there’s an option to keep it within your organization.
You should use admin-managed, there’s no reason for users to be able to manage the app…
